We also represent our clients in land-use, building and final approval proceedings, as well as in proceedings before the cadastral office. We also promptly resolve disputes and other legal issues related to real estate, and represent clients in out-of-court dispute resolution.
We advise also in connection with the construction, reconstruction and renovation. We also revise work contracts with suppliers and subcontractors or contracts with construction supervisors and deal with issues related to the application of FIDIC terms.
